KEY HIGHLIGHTS

Spearhead new client acquisition strategies across major retail channels like Walmart, Amazon, Target etc.

Build and nurture strategic partnerships to drive growth for mid-to-large CPG brands.

Lead negotiations, craft winning selling strategies, and leverage market insights to stay ahead of retail trends.

Collaborate with industry experts to accelerate revenue growth and manage a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Sales Agency Expertise: 15+ years of experience in business development within an agency +CPG side exp. a plus.

Retail Channel Knowledge: Deep familiarity with retail categories such as Club, Mass, Grocery, Drug, and Value, along with experience working directly with top retailers.

CPG Experience: A strong understanding of the CPG landscape and the ability to navigate client challenges and opportunities in this space.

Retailer Expertise: Retailer expert with executive level relationships across Wal-Mart, Costco, Target, Kroger and other key regional grocers (Meijer, Publix, HEB, etc.)

Proven Track Record: Success in securing new business, negotiating strategic partnerships, and driving measurable revenue growth.

Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency with sales and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and leveraging data to inform decision-making.

This leader will spearhead revenue growth by proactively generating leads, engaging in cold outreach, building strategic networks, and managing the entire sales pipeline from initial prospecting to deal closure. The CRGO will leverage an extensive network of sales leads within mid-to-large CPG companies to successfully promote and secure new clients.
